Viersen's Mayor Launches Evening Phone Appointments for Residents
Viersen Residents Can Book Phone Appointments with the Mayor
Anyone wishing to discuss a matter with the mayor of Viersen can sign up for one of nine available slots between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Each conversation is allotted 15 minutes, and advance registration is required. The mayor will call at the scheduled time.
To participate in the phone office hours, please send an email with the subject line "Appointment Request" to [email protected]. The email must include a contact phone number so a specific time can be arranged. Those without email access can call 02162 101-209 instead.
When booking an appointment, callers must specify the topic they wish to discuss with the mayor. No appointment will be scheduled without a stated subject. If supporting documents would help the conversation, they can be submitted in advance by email, post, or by dropping them in the city's mailbox. Those sending physical copies should provide duplicates rather than originals.
