Jubilee Teaching Awards Ceremony Held in Sakha Republic (Yakutia)
A formal awards ceremony for the winners of the fifth anniversary education competition, funded by RNG JSC, took place in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). The company served as both the initiative's founder and its general partner. As in previous years, the competition was organized by the republic's Ministry of Education and Science and the Future Generations Endowment Fund.
This year's contest saw a record number of applications—478 in total—with 367 educators from municipal schools across the republic and 111 from state and private institutions taking part. The event continues to grow in popularity among teaching professionals year after year.
Following a rigorous selection process, 100 of Yakutia's top educators were chosen, each receiving a 100,000-ruble prize funded by RNG JSC.
Sergei Mestnikov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), remarked: "I would like to extend special gratitude to RNG JSC for its steadfast commitment to corporate social responsibility and its support for our republic's teachers. Over the past five years, more than 2,000 educators have participated in the competition, with 500 already honored as laureates. The growing number of applicants reflects the prestige of this award and the dedication of teachers to innovation and creativity. I am confident that, with the backing ofHead of the Republic Aisen Nikolayevand the Ministry of Education, this initiative will continue to thrive."
