16-Year-Old Girl Vanishes from Siegen-Wittgenstein Group Home

A 16-year-old girl has gone missing in the Siegen-Wittgenstein area after vanishing from a group home in Bad Laasphe. Police launched an appeal for help on May 6, 2026, following her disappearance on April 30. Authorities remain concerned as searches so far have failed to locate her. The teenager was last seen leaving a residential group home in Bad Laasphe on the evening of April 30. She had attended a group event earlier that day before walking off in an unknown direction. Witnesses reported her wearing a headscarf, loose-fitting clothes, and possibly a black jacket.

Before staying in Bad Laasphe, she had spent time in Dortmund. Despite extensive investigations, police have found no trace of her whereabouts.
