Aguiar-Branco's speech sparks fierce debate at Portugal's April 25th event

It was President António José Seguro's debut at the ceremonial speeches marking the April 25th celebrations, but it was the repeat performance by Aguiar-Branco that sparked the most controversy—both inside and outside Parliament.
