Belarus civil servants see steady wage growth in early 2026

Civil servants in Belarus have seen their wages rise in early 2026. The latest figures show a steady increase in public sector pay over the first three months of the year. Officials now earn more on average than in previous months. In March, the average salary for government workers reached 3,836 Belarusian rubles. This marked a rise of 92.2 rubles compared to February’s figures. The increase reflects a broader upward trend in public administration earnings.

Over the first quarter of 2026, the average monthly wage for civil servants stood at 3,562 rubles. The March pay bump suggests a continued effort to adjust salaries within the sector. Officials have not yet commented on whether further rises are planned.

The latest pay figures place the average March salary at 3,836 rubles. This follows a gradual increase from earlier in the year. The data confirms a measurable rise in earnings for Belarus’s public sector employees.
