City’s District Councils launch inaugural sessions in early November
The inaugural sessions of several District Councils in the city are set to take place in early November. The meetings will mark the start of a new chapter for these districts, with each council holding its first session at different times and locations.
Kicking off the series of events, the District Council for City District V will gather at the Friedrich-Ebert Senior Center on Tuesday, November 11, at 4:00 PM. Meanwhile, on the same day and at the same time, the District Council for City District VII will hold its inaugural session at the Essen-Kray Town Hall. Later that day, at 5:00 PM, the District Council for City District IV will meet at the Borbeck Palace.
The following day, Wednesday, November 12, will see the District Council for City District VI commence at the Stoppenberg Town Hall at 4:00 PM. However, the identity of the chairman for the District Council of City District III remains unknown as of now. Their inaugural session is scheduled for Thursday, November 13, at 5:00 PM at the Lighthouse, the former St. Mary’s Nativity Church.
The inaugural sessions of these District Councils are significant events, marking the beginning of new terms and the opportunity for fresh ideas and initiatives. The public is invited to attend and engage with their local representatives.
