Epstein's Russian Recruiter Exposed: A Spy School Graduate's Shadowy Role

Lana Poschidayeva, a Russian woman named in the Epstein Files, played a key role in Jeffrey Epstein's network. She recruited young women from the post-Soviet region while using the alias Julia Santos. Her ties to Epstein extended beyond personal connections, involving business ventures and family career advancements.

Poschidayeva studied at MGIMO University, a Moscow institution known for training diplomats and intelligence recruits. Her parents had trained at an institute linked to Russian intelligence, and their careers progressed into roles often held by operatives as her work with Epstein grew.

Epstein supported her in launching WE Talks, a women's networking platform registered at his address. She later claimed he manipulated and humiliated her, forcing her to recruit other women for his circle.

Through Epstein, Poschidayeva gained access to influential figures like Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and Woody Allen. Her father, Yuri, saw a sudden career boost after the family's visits to Epstein, securing leadership positions in state-owned firms with Iranian ties. Following this, Poschidayeva herself became deputy security director at the Iranian branch of Russian Railways.

Investigations now suggest Epstein had deeper connections to Russian security figures and their relatives than previously reported.

Poschidayeva's involvement with Epstein included recruitment, business ties, and family career shifts. Her father's rise in state-linked corporations coincided with her own professional advancement. The case highlights broader links between Epstein's network and Russian security circles.
