Man investigated for using fake prescription at Oberasbach pharmacy
A 28-year-old man is under investigation after allegedly trying to collect medication with a fake prescription. The incident took place at a pharmacy in Oberasbach on Monday afternoon. Police have since handed the case to a specialised criminal unit in Fürth.
The pharmacy staff grew suspicious when the man presented the prescription. They contacted the police, who quickly confirmed the document was forged. Officers then identified the suspect as a German national already known to them from a previous case.
