Missing 72-year-old man found dead in Berlin's Tegeler Fließ

The missing man was found dead in the Tegeler Fließ by a passerby. There is currently no evidence of foul play.

Berlin police have released a photo and are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 72-year-old man. He left the Vivantes Humboldt-Klinikum hospital in Reinickendorf of his own accord on June 11, 2024. His whereabouts have been unknown since then—he has not been seen at his residence on Flatowallee in Westend, nor has he attended any scheduled appointments. Due to early-stage dementia, he may be in a helpless or disoriented state.
