Publicis London hires star creative duo from HeimatTBWA Berlin for global brands
Publicis London has hired a new senior creative team, bringing in Nian He and Tiago Beltrame from HeimatTBWA Berlin. The duo will work across major global brands, including Heineken, Renault and Nescafe. Their appointment follows a year of growth for the agency, which added eight new international clients in 2024.
He and Beltrame have collaborated at agencies in four countries across three continents. Their past work includes campaigns for Burger King, Coca-Cola, BMW and Getty Images. One standout project, Repicturing Homelessness for Getty, aimed to shift negative stereotypes around homelessness. Another, The Most Illegal Beer for Muschicraft Beer, challenged outdated workplace gender laws.
Both bring industry recognition to their new roles. He was named a winner of The One Show’s Next Creative Leaders programme. Beltrame, meanwhile, represented Germany at Cannes Young Lions. Beyond their own work, the pair actively support emerging talent, serving as jurors and mentors at creative events. At Publicis London, they will report to Chief Creative Officer Noel Bunting. The agency’s recent client wins include Taco Bell, Dreamland UK and Heineken 0.0%.
The new hires will strengthen Publicis London’s creative output for global brands. Their experience spans diverse markets and award-winning campaigns. The agency continues to expand its client roster and creative leadership in 2024.
