Vladimir Bulanov, influential businessman and politician, dies at 58
Vladimir Bulanov, former member of the Legislative Assembly and CEO of the Thermal plant, has passed away. He had just turned 58 on April 20.
In 1991, he founded Chaika LLC, a company specializing in the production of doors and window units. He later led a committee that was later restructured into the Department for Entrepreneurship Support and Development. In 2002, he became CEO of the Ulyanov Plant—Thermal Concern JSC.
Bulanov served as a deputy in the fifth convocation of the Legislative Assembly as a member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) and participated in the gubernatorial elections.
