BSI Software appoints Johannes Diebig as Chief Sales Officer to drive growth

BSI Software has named Johannes Diebig as its new Chief Sales Officer. The Swiss-based CRM and customer experience (CX) provider aims to push growth in key industries under his leadership. Diebig brings over two decades of experience in international software and technology firms. Diebig joins BSI from TBAuctions, where he worked as Managing Director for Continental Europe. Before that, he held senior roles at major companies like Zalando, Salesforce, and Atos. His background includes a degree in economics and a long track record in sales leadership.

Markus Brunold, CEO of BSI Software, welcomed Diebig’s appointment. He highlighted the new executive’s mix of international sales skills and deep CRM/CX knowledge. Diebig himself expressed confidence in BSI’s Customer Suite and excitement about the role.

The company plans to speed up expansion in banking, insurance, retail, and energy & utilities. Diebig will lead sales strategy across Europe, focusing on strengthening BSI’s market position. He also believes European firms should take a leading role in software innovation. Diebig’s appointment comes as BSI Software looks to grow in competitive sectors. His experience in global sales and CRM technology will guide the company’s European strategy. The move signals a push for stronger market presence in the coming years.
